It’s the spookiest (and sweetest) day in Lodi! 👻
Grab your little ghouls, superheroes, and sugar enthusiasts — it’s time for the Lodi Business Trick or Treat!

🕒 Today, Friday, October 31
🍬 3:30–5:30 PM in Downtown Lodi
🎉 40+ local businesses are ready with candy, smiles, and surprises before the community-wide trick or treat kicks off at 5 PM!

✨ All over our community, our amazing local shops and organizations are showing up big — and maybe even dressing up too. (We’re not saying there’s a llama in costume… but we’re not not saying it. 😉)

So grab your treat bags, your best costumes, and your sense of adventure — let’s make some sweet memories together in beautiful Lodi!

Over the month of October, kids from all over the School District of Lodi had the opportunity to hike the beautiful Ice Age trails in our community! Did you know that the Lodi School District is officially recognized as Wisconsin's first K-12 Ice Age Trail Campus? This collaboration uses the Ice Age National Scenic Trail as an outdoor classroom for students of all ages through hands-on activities like trail building, maintenance and restoration. What an incredible opportunity for our students and community alike~!

It's time...let the spookery and fun of Halloween begin! Check out this INCREDIBLE list of participating businesses and organizations (all over Lodi & Lake Wisconsin by the way) opening their doors for our Business Trick or Treat next Friday, October 31st! What an incredible display of how much love and support are in this community! Bring your ghosts, witches and tiny dancers out in costume for the event from 3:30 - 5:30! Please make special note that there are many stops NOT on Main Street - they would LOVE to see you too! We can't wait to see you there!

Rise & Shine for another amazing day! We are so thankful for today as we will be joined by the amazing Dr. Angela Rahm from Ideal Self Today this evening at the Chamber of Commerce at 6 p.m.. This evening is part 1 of the 3-part series on health she is hosting and we would love to see you there! These events are always FREE for our members. but the community is welcome too ($30.00 for all 3 events!)

The following message was sent to our Chamber Membership and felt it important to share with the entire community here as well:

Good Morning. We wanted to make you all aware of an active situation happening in the City of Lodi. We have gotten a couple of reports of a woman, wearing a mask and blue fleece hoodie, stopping into businesses to ask for a $10 donation to the Lodi Basketball team. She is carrying a sheet of paper with business logos (including our Chamber of Commerce) who have "already donated". When questioned about her request, she has acted negativity and left the spaces. We are NOT promoting, sponsoring or associated with any fundraisers currently and this is believed to be fraud.

I have been in contact with the Lodi Police Department, and they are actively working on this. She has not been located yet. Please direct any information you may have to them if you have seen or interacted with this person today. The non-emergency phone number is 608-592-5401 (hit option 1) and reference report # 25L-5045.

As I get additional information, I will let you know. We do not believe anyone is within harm's way but wanted you to be aware none the less.

When local organizations are celebrating, we are too! Reach Out Lodi has made it to 10 years in our community, and they are better and better with each passing year! Come on out this weekend, Sunday October 19th and help them celebrate the amazing contributions, impacts and memories they have helped to create! Bring the family and stop by to celebrate from 1-4 pm! We are so thankful for organizations like Reach Out Lodi and pray for decades more of their work in our community!

Drum roll please... we are so happy to announce the newest member to the Chamber of Commerce family Sun of a Beach Tanning Retreat! This new business has been very hard at work building out the perfect 24/7 space for customers to use in the "mini-mall" near the 4 corners. That's right, Lodi's FIRST 24/7 tanning destination offering UV tanning (stand up or lay down beds) and redlight therapy. Spray tanning appointments will begin in the Spring of 2026. We are thrilled to have them a part of our fall Sip & Shop (Sip & Shop - It's a Pajama Party ) and hope you stop by to say hello!
