Join us for a one-day immersive couples workshop focused on deep connection, growth and reset on May 23rd at our office in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ!

This 8-hour workshop will be led by our dedicated couples therapist, Jennell Jackson, LCSW, who is trained in the Gottman method. It will focus on learning skills you can use in your relationship, discovering tools to deepen connection, identifying destructive patterns, and creating an action plan for relationship growth. 💛

✨Meet Nichelle! ✨

Nichelle is a MSW Intern who supports children, teens, and young adults, primarily working with ages 12–21. She creates a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard as they navigate life’s challenges, emotions, and personal growth.

Nichelle uses an interpersonal and humanistic approach, focusing on building strong, trusting relationships and guiding clients through self-discovery. She also incorporates mindfulness techniques to help clients build awareness, stay grounded, and develop skills they can use in their everyday lives. 🌿

Outside of sessions, Nichelle enjoys traveling back to Jamaica to spend time with family, going to brunch, and sneaker shopping. 👟🥞✈️
