Smudging- burning sacred herbs or resins in ceremony.
It can be used cleanse a space or energetically cleanse a person. It is a practice to be held to a high and sacred regard. It is a learned practice from Native Americans who have used it in ceremony for thousands of years. I use it in my practice to help my clients free themselves from things that no longer serve them as well as cleanse a space after a client leaves to reset the energy of my space. My favorite thing to smudge is Palo Santo wood❤️ what’s yours??

Singing bowls: singing bowls are a beautiful healing modality that emit the sound of the universe. Sound bowls can be made by different kinds of metal (this one is copper) or they can be made of quartz. Bothe reverberate strong sound rings that seem to pe*****te into the core of ourselves. They can “re-equilibrate” an energetic field and have deeply calming effects on our brain and bodies. My beautiful reiki master showed us a sweet video of Sister Dang Nhiem, on how to properly ring a singing bowl or bell (video will be linked in comments). These are sacred instruments, and when treated with love and respect, they can do so much for us on a very deep level.

About me: my name is Ashlee and I am a certified reiki practitioner. I had herd of reiki because of my love for crystals but I was first introduced to reiki through a massage therapist who offered reiki alongside her other services. I gave it a try and found it to be very relaxing. A few months later I started to experience a really dark time in my life. I was having night terrors and having constant pain between my shoulder blades. I felt like my thoughts weren’t my own and were coming from a very dark place. I was divinely guided into a crystal shop where I met a reiki master who aided me in clearing the energy/entity over multiple sessions. Since, reiki has worked its way into my life through many people and in many ways. I finally made the decision to get certified in reiki myself and I was lucky enough that one of the people I love most is a reiki master and has been able to help me on my journey and has attuned me to the most powerful and beautiful energy channels I’ve ever experienced. I plan to grow my reiki practice and can’t wait to someday be a reiki master. But for now I am serving reiki to any and all who may need me. Reiki is amazing, life changing stuff.
