Just a thought…a different way to look at exercise. So many people “hate” to exercise but just maybe thinking of it as a way to extend your quality of life as we age makes it a little less daunting.

It’s hard to see in pictures but our front desk area and main bathroom has changed. Old bathroom was completely taken out and moved down the hallway a bit to make room for patients coming in and checking out.
