Cody M Cox CMHC NTP Holistic psychotherapy and nutrition: Supporting mental and physical health with real food Our ancestors, whether they knew it or not, had it right all along.

We offer mental health counseling and clinical nutrition services that address the root cause of disease rather than simply treating symptoms and diagnoses. We have a whole-food, whole-person approach, recognizing that food is medicine, not just fuel. Our philosophy is very ancestral as we know that Nature knows better than science. We currently offer three services: holistic psychotherapy (more of a conventional structure), nutritional psychotherapy (more focus on nutrition), and clinical holistic nutrition (for general health).

I felt it necessary to explain some things as some guests seem to promote ideas that I don't necessarily agree with. Of course, I try to be respectful, and I understand the value in considering opposing ideas (which is why I still publish them), but I also don't want potential clients to be confused and to be disappointed if you were to sign up for my services.
