Let's talk about education and the importance of supplements to our bodies 😊
Why are supplements important?
For years I used to think that supplements were for "health nuts"...ya know, those people who never ate bread and wanted to be super skinny and fit? What I really didn't know is how important supplementation is to our bodies and WHY we need it...no matter what we think of our appearance, the inside NEEDS supplements.
Simply put- supplements are to humans as fertilizer is to plants. Sure, we can survive without them but WITH them we will thrive. A healthful, balanced diet supplies the body with sufficient nutrients to carry out routine tasks. Supplements such as vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, phytochemicals, and more enrich the body's internal environment to fortify cellular protection, repair, and regeneration and support the Renewal process.
