A special thank you to Elara Caring for hosting a beautiful pinning ceremony to recognize and celebrate our residents who have worn the uniform with pride. Your kindness and commitment to honoring our veterans made this day truly meaningful.

🎰🌊 Cruising the High Seas – Casino Night! 🃏💵

Our cruise ship made a lively stop at the S.S. Casino, where everyone tried their luck and had a blast! From card games to laughter and friendly competition, it was all smiles and good fun aboard our voyage. 🛳️✨

No matter the “winnings,” the real jackpot was the joy and laughter shared among friends and crew. ❤️⚓

Cruising the High Seas – Lunchtime Edition! ⚓️

Our culinary voyage continues as we set sail for another delicious destination! Today’s themed lunch brought refreshing tropical flavors and a touch of seaside sunshine to our tables.

🥗 Apple Cranberry Walnut Salad – a crisp and colorful starter bursting with fresh fall flavor.
🍍 Caribbean Chicken with Pineapple Salad – tender chicken paired perfectly with a sweet island twist.
🍚 Black Beans and Rice – a hearty side inspired by the flavors of the tropics.
🍓 Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp – the perfect sweet ending to our flavorful cruise adventure!

🌊 Cruising the High Seas – Wednesday Service ✝️🕊️

Our voyage wouldn’t be complete without a moment of peace and reflection. This morning, passengers gathered on deck for Wednesday Church with Pastor Candice, who shared uplifting words and encouragement to guide us through the week. 💙

It was a beautiful reminder that no matter where the waves take us, faith keeps us anchored. ⚓

Our voyage continues with a delicious breakfast straight from the galley — Bacon & Crab Frittata! 🛳️🍳 The crew (our amazing dietary team!) served up this savory seaside special to kick off another fun day of our “Cruising the High Seas” theme week.

Every meal this week is a new adventure, and we’re loving every bite! ⚓💙

We are ready to set sail on our last theme week of the year, Captain’s Dinner. To get us ready for the sun ☀️ and sea 🌊 we decorated sun hats! This week, we’re setting sail and going to hit the spa and go dolphin watching. 🐬

This week, we’re taking time to recognize and celebrate our incredible Food Service Team — the heart of our dining experience here at WoodBridge Health Campus! 🍽️💛

Every day, they go above and beyond to prepare nutritious, delicious meals served with care and kindness. From early mornings to late evenings, they make sure our residents are well-fed, comfortable, and happy — because they know that food is more than just a meal; it’s comfort, community, and love.

To our cooks, dietary aides, dishwashers, and everyone who keeps our kitchen running — thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the warmth you bring to our residents’ lives every day. We truly appreciate all you do! 🙌❤️

🎣 What a fun day we had taking our residents out for some fishing! Even though the fish weren’t biting, the laughter, fresh air, and smiles made it a day to remember. 🌞

A huge thank you to our wonderful volunteer, Cinda, for all of her hard work in making the trip possible. We are also so grateful to the Vohne Liche Kennels for graciously hosting us—we couldn’t have done it without you! 💙

It just goes to show, sometimes it’s not about the catch, but about the memories made along the way. 🐟✨

We were honored to help one of our residents attend his 60th class reunion—a dream he thought might not be possible. Through our Live a Dream program, we love creating opportunities like this, where memories are revisited, friendships are rekindled, and dreams truly come to life. 💛🎓. A special thank you to Jim Fisher from our Delphi- St. Elizabeth Campus for all his work and making it happen.
