Rochester Office: Dr. Karisa Hall 1327 Main Street Rochester, IN 46975 574-224-3937 Hours: Monday: 9:00am-5:00pm Tuesday: Closed Wednesday: 9:00am-5:00pm Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm Both offices close daily from 12:00-1:00pm for lunch.
