📢 Important Announcement

We would like to inform our community that our physical location at 309 S Main Street will be closing on November 29th, 2025. We are sincerely grateful for the trust and support you have shown us throughout the years.

Although our physical office is closing, telehealth encounters will continue to be available, allowing us to support you remotely. ( We are in current talks to treat patients locally out of another office. We will keep you posted.)

I have been MIA as I have been going through my notes, files, and histories for testing. Yes, I am testing so all operations have been silenced until after the test. But, I have to talk about some of the spices in our foods and how they actually CAN help you. Saffron- I always knew it was an anti-oxidant and an anti-inflammatory spice. But, there are studies that display that it can help with depression? The article posted is for educational purposes and it doesn't even speak about saffron and to not be used when taking SSRI's.
