Good Morning Mamas! I'm excited to begin offering prenatal yoga 2x per week starting 10/15.

In other exciting news, I just signed up for Awakened Spirit Yoga's Embodied Childbirth Educator Training which will allow me to further develop my knowledge and skills surrounding pregnancy, prenatal yoga, and labor. I will be pursuing my certification as a Lamaze Educator so I can continue to share my knowledge and passion with others!
