The Massage Therapy Training Program at Rock Valley College, in partnership with Bodycraft Wellness & Massage Center, prepares students with the hands-on skills, clinical experience, and professional knowledge needed to become licensed massage therapists.

This comprehensive 600-hour program includes:

• In-depth anatomy and physiology
• Therapeutic massage techniques
• Supervised clinical experience with real clients
• Professional development and business training
• Preparation for licensure

With small class sizes and experienced instructors, students receive personalized guidance and practical training designed to build confidence and competence.

Join Karen LaFrano for a nurturing, body-based yoga practice designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and compassionate listening—especially supportive during the winter season when slowing down is medicine.

This class emphasizes intentional pacing, supported postures, and subtle movement. Shapes are simple and spacious, allowing time for sensation, settling, and integration, prioritizing regulation over performance.

Class Focus Includes:
• Nervous system regulation (grounding, safety, balance)
• Body-based awareness & breath
• Gentle, accessible movement
• Restorative support with bolsters, blankets & blocks
