Join Karen LaFrano for a nurturing, body-based yoga practice designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and compassionate listening—especially supportive during the winter season when slowing down is medicine.
This class emphasizes intentional pacing, supported postures, and subtle movement. Shapes are simple and spacious, allowing time for sensation, settling, and integration, prioritizing regulation over performance.
