Sowing Synergy on Zedland Farm Synergy: When two or more things function together they produce a result not independently obtainable. I was a lone spiritual seeker for much of my life.

There is great value in that, when developing and fine tuning your intuition and sense of “self”. There may come a time where you feel called to connect with others. I work with people who are consciously living, actively healing, remembering their wholeness and making changes in their lives that allow them to be more present and authentic. Spiritual seeking is truly done within, but it doesn’t mean you always have to walk alone.

“Mind, body, spirit connection” has been so over used that we have become numb to its truth. Our minds are beautiful powerful processors and our survival depends on the programming within. Becoming aware that we can alter that programming to also guard our wellness and presence is a turning point on the spiritual path. The body carries our stories. Our wounds and our joys. It is the vessel that our experience travels through. It holds us and contains us into a point of identity so that we can experience the wonder and bliss that is connecting to others. It also allows us to feel the full spectrum of being human. The glorious shadows and the light. Our spirit - energy system - higher self - Budhi
The most mystical of the three because we are not taught to value and trust our inner voice. There are infinite paths and thus infinite experiences and definitions. As an intuitive living mentor I will trust your intuition for your path above all else. You are guided. Trust yourself. There comes a time when you Know that you have learned what you came to learn of a space.

Some of us are more resistant to accepting that than others. (I am looking at myself here!)

I spent over a decade letting the table teach me what it had to share. It has been a vessel for bringing forth people that have transformed my perspective of healing. It helped me to discover and accept who I am, and who I am not!

The table can just be a table. A massage… just a massage. But if you are willing… being fully present with yourself different aspects of your life can do the same for you! What is teaching you about how you show up in your life? Where can you sink deeper than what it known to be?

I still have a passion for holding space for another’s experience and I love sharing what I have learned during my lifetime of inquiry.

ABOVE all, I will always be a chronically curious student of life and love. I am just being called elsewhere.
