Hope Health and Rehabilitation/Hope Senior Living We are a family owned skilled nursing facility dedicated to giving great care.

We are a family owned 38 bed Nursing Home and Rehab Center, with a 32 bed Assisted Living Facility. Our mission is to create a person centered living environment by implementing the highest standards of care. We will maximize the health, independence, self-esteem , and intrinsic worth of each resident. We will collaborate with the resident, family, and others to exceed the needs of the resident. Our staff will function as a team with a professional and positive attitude treating residents, visitors, and coworkers with dignity and respect.

Tomorrow is the day! We are having our big fund raising Craft Fair from 9am-2pm. We have crafts, baked goods, lots of vendors and hearty soups and breads. We also are hosting a silent auction. A Tenant's daughter made these amazing baskets. Stop anytime from tomorrow until Dec 18th and place your bids. Winners will be announced on Dec 19th. Stop in and shop and take home some soup!

Only 2 more days before our biggest activity fund raiser! Stop in for the crafts, baked goods and hearty take home soups and breads. We have a generous donation of fresh sourdough from Essential Bath Company in Mayville. They maked delicious breads as well as lovely bath products. Stop in and meet our wonderful residents and get some Holiday shopping done!

💙 Meet Keri, our amazing Infection Preventionist and Wound Care Nurse! She has been a part of the Hope family since 2022 and says, “I love my residents and the people I work with. Mark the date!!! November 8th 9am-2pm is our fund-raising Craft and Vendor Fair at Hope Senior Living, 475 Grove St in Lomira. We have a ton of vendors, baked goods and soups and breads. And our tenants are working hard on their crafts and treats! Make sure to stop in and bring and tell your friends!
