Over the past few months, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming Autumn into our Kentucky Family Practice team as part of her Nurse Practitioner (NP) clinical training. 🌱

Autumn has truly impressed us with her dedication, compassionate care, and eagerness to learn. From shadowing our experienced providers to engaging with patients, she’s shown an exceptional commitment to providing the highest level of care. 👩‍⚕️💙

🌟 What’s your favorite part of working here?

That the staff here are truly like family! This has been the best place I’ve ever worked at as far as how I have been treated.

🌟 What inspired you to pursue a career in healthcare?

The desire to help others in what is sometimes concedered their worst days.

🌟 What’s something most people don’t know about you?

I am obsessed with raccoons 🦝.

🌟 What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my children and husband. I enjoy going to cheer my kids on at their ballgames and fishing.

-getting to meet and see so many different people within our community through providing care.

🌟 What inspired you to pursue a career in healthcare?

- My mom was my biggest inspiration to enter healthcare! She has been in healthcare my entire life and even worked several years in the ICU just like I did before I became a provider.

🌟 What’s something most people don’t know about you?

- I love to bake! I come from a long line of bakers and cooks so it’s in my blood!

🌟 What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

- I love to workout, go on walks with my husband and little boy and read!

📚✨ Had a fantastic time at the book signing for Unforgettable Journey With the Cats by Jamie Vaught! 🏀💙

It was an unforgettable day celebrating Kentucky basketball and the legacy of the UK Hoops team. A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support this incredible book! 🙌

We were honored to have Paul Andrews and Jeff Sheppard join us for the event! Their presence made it even more special, as we all reminisced about the triumphs and memories of the Cats. 🐾📖
