We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Residential Manager to join our women’s transitional housing team at Hagar’s Well. In this role, you’ll walk alongside women in recovery, helping them rebuild their lives through structure, encouragement, and faith-based support. You’ll oversee daily schedules, lead community support classes, Bible studies, and recovery groups, and create activities that promote sobriety, personal growth, and independence. The ideal candidate has experience with addiction recovery, strong communication skills, and a heart for service. Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to be a positive role model are essential. Today our ladies from Hagar’s Well went out spreading a little Christmas cheer ❤️🎄
We visited some of our elderly and shut-ins, singing Christmas carols, sharing smiles, and reminding them they are loved and not forgotten. What a beautiful reminder that sometimes the greatest gift we can give is simply our presence.

🌸 A Beautiful Milestone of Faith and Growth at Hagar’s Well 🌸

Today we celebrate a truly special moment as one of our residents, Beth, completed our program at Hagar’s Well! After an almost 15 months stay with us through faith, perseverance, and a heart open to God’s guidance, she is stepping into a new season of independence and hope. 🙏✨

What makes this moment even more meaningful is that, throughout her stay, Hagar’s Well quietly set aside a portion of her rent each month — a savings gift she received upon graduation to help her begin this next chapter with stability and confidence. 💖

Her journey is a beautiful reminder of God’s provision and the power of faith to transform lives. We are so proud of her and can’t wait to see all that God has in store for her future! 🌿

We are so proud of one of our ladies, Beth Moore, who has spent the last 15 months with us growing, healing, and walking in faith here at Hagar’s Well. 🙌 Through her hard work, prayer, and perseverance, she has now been blessed to rent her very own trailer! 🏡✨

We are so very proud of Beth and it’s been an honor to walk along side of her in her recovery journey. What a beautiful reminder that God restores, provides, and makes all things new in His perfect timing. 💖
