If you have ever felt uncomfortable or judged by a previous provider, or embarrassed to seek mental health care, please know that I am here for you.

Right now, nearly half of all people struggling with their mental health never reach out for professional help—often because they feel they have to carry the weight alone or fear being misunderstood. With su***de claiming a life every 43 seconds globally, staying silent is a burden you shouldn't have to bear.

If you have tried multiple treatment plans in the past with no success, dont give up. It is not a “one shoe fits all.” We can figure it out.
