📢📢📢 ATTENTION PEDS AND FAMILY PATIENTS!!!!

The winter season is upon us!

Our main priority is the safety of our patients and staff.

In the event of winter weather, there may be times our office closes and all appointments will be moved to telehealth (vsee messenger).

When we choose to close, all patients on the schedule will be called first thing that morning, as well as a message sent on Vsee. A post will also be made on HMC Family & Pediatrics on Facebook.

There will also be a sign on our office door, if possible.

Please make sure that you have the Vsee Messenger App downloaded and set up with Amanda Radford as a contact.

Stay weather aware and remember to not risk getting out if the roads are hazardous. Be safe!

Vsee Messenger Set Up Instructions
Go to your app store (Google Play or Apple Store)
Search Vsee Messenger. It will be a green square with a white letter V.


Once set up, go to the bottom of the screen and click contacts. In the top right corner there will be a plus sign. Click this and it will say “Add Contact”. It will pop up a space to enter in an email.
Here you will enter Amanda’s email
familyandpeds@outlook.com
Click find. It will show Amanda’s name (Amanda Radford). Click send contact request. Amanda will approve your request. When he calls on the app, it will pop up as a notification saying “You are receiving a call.” You will click the notification and answer the call.

Now, you are all set up for Telehealth/Vsee! Stay safe and do not hesitate to contact us.

🥶🥶🥶🥶Good Morning, it's cold outside and flu season is in high alert. Remember we take walk-ins and have availability today. We offer you to stay in your car and be tested and treated just call when you get to the parking lot and one of the nurses will come out and get you triaged and swabbed and you will hear and or speak to a provider after your results come back. Stay warm!!!

🎄🎄🎄🎄Reminder to get in if your feeling bad prior to celebrating the holidays so that you feel well and can enjoy your family. Remember we have walk-ins available as well as we can take care of you from your car for urgent sick needs, just notify us that you are here. We have openings available today and tomorrow as we will be closed for in office visits Dec 24th and 25th. We will reopen on Friday for telehealth only from 8 until 12. 606-401-0051.

🤧😷🤮🤕Christmas is quickly approaching and with that comes the end of the year, get out and get those physicals to make sure you are in good health going into the New Year and getting your max benefits. Remember as always we are here for all your healthcare needs, call to make an appointment or Walk-Ins welcome.

Please Note: We will be closed for in office visits on Christmas Eve 12-24-2025 through 12-26-2025, so that we can celebrate Christmas with our families. We will have telehealth available for urgent needs only on 12-26-2025. Please call the office that day to be seen via telehealth. We will also be closed on 01-01-2026 to celebrate the New Years Day with our families as well. We will reopen on 01-02-2026. In case of emergency you will need to call 911 or go to local ER.

🛎️🛎️🛎️🛎️Please Bare with us as we are having phone and Internet Issues again!!!!! It is beyond our control and we are trying to best serve all of our patients!!!!! We are open today until 2pm and we are taking Walk-Ins at this time. We will try to update once our systems are back up and running. All offices will be closed from 2pm through remainder of the day today so that our offices can have Thanksgiving Dinner with each other.
