We will be closed Thursday, January 1st for our staff to reflect and celebrate the new year. 2026 is a big year for A&A. It's our 10th year in business. What an accomplishment and a blessing! We are proud to provide our community with therapy services. We are extremely grateful for staff, our patients and our community for showing A&A the support needed to be a success. We started by renting one room in a doctor's office. And over the last 10 years we have had 4 locations. With each move, we were blessed with growth requiring more staff, services and work space. We have been truly blessed. We invite you to share in our celebration to begin our 10th year in business. And we are excited and looking forward to more growth! Thank you to all who have supported us. You support local people and their families by allowing us to provide therapy services to you at home.

We love our local schools! Small businesses should support our local community and schools (Laurel County Public Schools Center For Innovation). Hats off to all the local educators. You never know when we will treat you! And hope you all have a much needed break.

Our staff wants to extend a warm thank you to the fine folks at Alexander and Associates Outpatient Therapy for some very tasty donuts and cinnamon rolls. A little holiday pastry definitely hit the spot on this first day of finals.

Our feeding team has been so blessed this year to treat some of the cutest babies!! If your child is having difficulty with feeding or you feel they may be a candidate for the tummy time method, we would love to help!! We are so proud of all these sweet babies and their parents for all their hard work in meeting their goals!!🥳🥳🥳

Another success story!!! 🥳🥳🥳

Ryder has been receiving occupational therapy services to improve fine motor coordination and self regulation. He initially had difficulty using an age appropriate grasp for handwriting and had difficulty regulating his emotions. He is now using an age appropriate grasp to copy words, completing hand strengthening tasks to improve his grasp, using the Zones of Regulation tools, and completing challenging tasks. He has worked so hard and we are so proud of him! ❤️

Ryver has been receiving skilled occupational therapy services to improve fine motor coordination and self care skills through self regulation/attention using sensory integration strategies. He is now age appropriate for all developmental milestones! We are so proud of his hard work! ❤️

Bear has been receiving occupational therapy services this past year to improve self regulation. He initially had difficulty playing with others and regulating his emotions. He is now completing challenging tasks, completing problem-solving activities, engaging in competitive game play, and using Zones of Regulation strategies through sessions. We are so proud of him! ❤️
