•Soundbaths •Reiki Healing Her studies in holistic healing deepened through her Reiki certification with Janine Sousa, RM in the Mikao Usui tradition in 1997. As a long time yoga practitioner, Jessica pursued her Yoga Teacher Training through Zarnay Yoga & the Yoga Alliance in 2007. The five years following, Jessica was a lead instructor for Massage Therapy programs in both MA and Nashville, TN. where she had the pleasure of sharing her passion for anatomy, physiology and movement with many students! To complement Jessica’s prenatal massage experience, in 2020 she finished her training as a Certified Doula through Madriella Doula Network. Jessica is committed to exploring how movement, breath and embodiment techniques can be used to relieve not only physical pain but also emotional blockages, chronic anxiety and heal trauma stored in the body. Jessica is excited about her most recent training as an Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist trained though The Embody Lab (featuring Peter Levine PhD and Dr. Stephen Porges). Jessica is the owner of “Derry’s Best of” Sage Lotus Healing in Derry, NH where she offers Massage Therapy, Reiki, Clinical Cupping, Holistic Healing, Prenatal & Doula services. You can also find Jessica at her local Parks & Rec teaching Chair Yoga. She enjoys and teaching workshops and trainings at yoga studios and healing centers through New England.
