a practitioner, Jessica pursued her Yoga Teacher Training through Zarnay Yoga & the Yoga Alliance in 2007. The five years following, Jessica was a lead instructor for Massage Therapy programs in both MA and Nashville, TN. where she had the pleasure of sharing her passion for anatomy, physiology and movement with many students! To complement Jessica’s prenatal massage experience, in 2020 she finished her training as a Certified Doula through Madriella Doula Network. Jessica is committed to exploring how movement, breath and embodiment techniques can be used to relieve not only physical pain but also emotional blockages, chronic anxiety and heal trauma stored in the body. Jessica is excited about her most recent training as an Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist trained though The Embody Lab (featuring Peter Levine PhD and Dr. Stephen Porges). Jessica is the owner of “Derry’s Best of” Sage Lotus Healing in Derry, NH where she offers Massage Therapy, Reiki, Clinical Cupping, Holistic Healing, Prenatal & Doula services. You can also find Jessica at her local Parks & Rec teaching Chair Yoga. She enjoys and teaching workshops and trainings at yoga studios and healing centers through New England.

The firm celebrated one of its favorite annual traditions this past week as employees took time out of their busy day to enjoy relaxing chair massages right in the workplace. The break offered everyone a chance to unwind, reset, and return to their work feeling refreshed.

I look forward to sharing my 25 years of practicing healing arts with you! I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner since 1995 and Registered Yoga Instructor since 2007. I enjoyed spending 5 years as a Massage Therapy Instructor where I had the pleasure of sharing my passion for anatomy and physiology with many students. I love exploring how movement and manipulations of the body can be used to relieve physical and mental restrictions. I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, incorporating various trigger point, myofascial release and sports massage techniques. I also offer Swedish Massage, Reiki Sessions, Holistic Healing Sessions (massage Reiki, meditation and aromatherapy). Group classes, workshops and workplace chair massage also available.
