LFHC was founded in 2001 by Dr. Joan Romboli, board certified family nurse practitioner with her doctorate degree. Our philosophy has always been to offer personalized, comprehensive healthcare that is based on evidence. Our team offers four board certified Family Nurse Practitioners, who are professional, friendly, courteous and confidential. Our providers have muliple degrees and a wealth of experience including utilizing multidisciplinary teams (doctors, nurses, physical therapists, pharmacists, mental health professionals etc.).
