Happy Full Moon lovelies!!🌝💃🏻

For those of you who don’t know, our 28-day menstrual cycle follows the rhythms of the moon. Our infradian & circadian rhythms are intricately intertwined- AND you can sync your cycle up to the moon using moonlight🤩 This is called luanrception, & is something I teach in my Wisdom of The Womb courses!

Your ovulatory phase starts around day 13/14 of your cycle- it is generally the 24-48 hours between your follicular & luteal phases. 
An egg is released from the o***y, surviving for around 24 hours. Your BBT dips slightly before ovulation, then peaks during and right after ovulation occurs. A surge in serotonin, LH, estrogen, & testosterone boosts the effects of the follicular phase, causing more energy & confidence, while raising libido & mood to an all time high, making you feel like superwoman! 

While it is common for some women to experience ovulation cramping during this phase, it is NOT normal for this to be painful, and can often times signal hormonal imbalance.

You can manage this by syncing up the herbs you use, foods you eat, ways you move your body, & the activities you engage in!

I am finally getting around to sharing more of my story in the hopes it helps even one woman with these diseases. Too many women are suffering from endometriosis, uterine fibroids, PCOS, ovarian cysts, PMS, PMDD, infertility, menopause, recurring candida… the list goes on. TOO MANY women are told that these “treatments” like birth control pills, IUD’s, NSAID’s, countless surgeries, & partial or full hysterectomies are the answer until cures are found.

Excluding menopause, I have dealt with every one of these diseases/ disorders for most of my life and I am here to tell you it CAN get better. You CAN heal yourself. No, it does not happen overnight, as nothing worth having comes easy at first. Yes, it will take a lot of discipline- both body & mind. Yes, you will need to learn & research & trust your own body’s intuition, along with the allies we have growing from the Earth.

A way to completely reset how your body perceives & responds to stress- served up in a warm mug! 🥰


Rooted in Ancient Ayurvedic tradition, adaptogenic moon milks are drank warm before bedtime to ease restlessness, anxiety, & insomnia. These elixirs can be as simple as milk & honey, but often have herbs added for more medicinal benefits!🌿🌺

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how many women today are still trying to compete with each other. Still trying to tear the other one down, be better, compare, etc.

But what if instead we chose to collectively rise up?
To come together- in sacred sisterhood- and express the divine love we have for ourselves and one another?
To meet in women’s circles & share our stories without a fear of being judged, but instead a welcoming embrace?

We, as women, are entirely different beings from men in every single aspect of who we are and how we an are made up. Our hormones run on a 28 day cycle and each phase should be CELEBRATED for the different season it embodies.

Time to rise up & make EVERY day women’s day. Make every woman you meet & encounter feel seen & heard. Empower yourselves to empower a new generation of women- one my daughter can grow up in feeling safe to express herself freely with no shame around her cycle. My personal favorite; your Follicular Phase starts around days 7-8 of your menstrual cycle & lasts about a week. During this time, the pituitary gland releases FSH, which stimulates follicles in one of the ovaries(containing eggs) to mature. Estrogen, testosterone, & serotonin start to increase.

Towards the end of the follicular phase, the pituitary gland also releases a surge of LH, responsible for ovulation.

Energy, mood, libido, confidence, & brain function also start to rise!🌺🤩

🦋 Meditation & Grounding: hormonal balance starts with healing our adrenals. Cortisol is particularly high during this phase, so regulating your nervous system is key-especially in nature!
🦋 Herbs: a focus on herbs that both support the production of estrogen, while also detoxing out excess is key here- as well as herbs for building blood back up after menstruation. Calendula, dandelion root, red clover, & hibiscus are amazing for this & included in our follicular phase tea!🫶🏼
🦋 Brainstorming/ new projects: your creative energy is blooming as brain function reaches peak- a great time to set bold intentions, generate new ideas, & let creativity flow!

This Mother’s Day felt different. It was my first one on the other side—not just as a daughter, but as a mother. And in this season of new life, messy love, and sacred exhaustion, I’ve come to understand that motherhood is a full-body initiation. It asks everything of you, and then a little more.

Becoming a mom has even-more-so deepened my connection to the plants, the Earth, and to the quiet rituals that hold us when we forget ourselves. In a way it has brought me back to why I first fell in love with herbalism & started making herbal teas—not just as blends of leaves and petals, but as love letters to women. To the womb-holders, the life-bearers, the cycle-honoring caregivers in all forms.✨

Herbal tea has become a sacred pause in my day. A moment to breathe. A way to nourish myself while I nourish another little being. Whether you’re a new mama, seasoned mother, grieving or hoping, I see you. I hold space for your story, your healing, your strength.
