Low T isn’t a hormone issue; it’s a metabolic one.

Most men are told testosterone is the problem.
It’s not.

Testosterone fails when metabolism, inflammation, and signaling break down.

If you only check total T, you are guessing.

These 7 labs tell the real story:
1.Free Testosterone
This is what your body can actually use. Total T without free T is meaningless.

2.SHBG
Controls how much testosterone is bound and unavailable. High SHBG, low performance.

3.Prolactin
Elevated levels suppress testosterone and crush libido, motivation, and drive.

4.hs-CRP

If you can afford fast food, you can afford real healthy food.

If you keep choosing junk, that’s not a budget problem.

As a health coach I hear this frequently, and honestly when I hear it, it bothers me because it is simply not true.

So I ran the numbers and cooked the meal.
Grass fed steak.
Organic vegetables.
Real rice.

No chemicals. No excuses.

Total cost, $6.06 per meal, we are going to get 7 meals out of this 1 dinner!

Let that sink in.
So it is no way more expensive, quite the opposite actually!
Fast food averages $11.56 a meal.

Restaurants are worse. The non grass-fed and organic version was 4x more expensive!!!

Frozen meals are overpriced poison pretending to be convenient. Whats the cost of being sick?
Most don't factor that in ever!

This narrative that healthy eating is expensive is complete nonsense.

I have not even covered that a trip to the ER is way for expensive.

Health is wealth!

What people really don’t want is discipline.
They want comfort. They want easy. They want someone else to blame.

Hard is running labs.
Hard is looking at data that doesn’t lie.
Hard is being told you don’t need everything you’re taking.
Hard is doing things with intention.
Hard is precision.
Hard is patience.

Harder is guessing.
Harder is throwing supplements at symptoms and hoping something sticks.
Harder is spending hundreds of dollars every month and still feeling exhausted, bloated, anxious, or broken.
Harder is never feeling better now matter what you do.
Harder is believing INSURANCE will get you healthy.. Do you take insurance? That’s code word for I don't want to invest in my health!

I see it every week.
People aren’t failing because they aren’t trying.

They’re failing because they’re guessing.

Your body is not a mystery box.

Medical Advice That Keeps You Fat and Calling It Balance..

I am sick of these influencers talking about balance.

What's even worse is when they are Doctors telling their patients, it's fine eat that garbage!

They call it balance because discipline makes them uncomfortable.

They call it moderation because they don’t want to confront their behavior.

Why I Never Get Invited to Dinner as a Wellness Way Health Coach!!

This is great... but it is so so true.

Most people tell me "I am pretty healthy"

Yet they eat like this.

They buy the cheapest food and products.

They prioritize comfort.

They don't consider the long term effrects of the things mentioned in this video.

Then they wonder why they feel like garbage.

They have just not been educated properly.

I guide them that they can have a healthy, thriving life and enjoy delicious meals.

What you put on and into your body matters!

I am ruining nitrate free bacon and lunch meats for you and your family because I care about YOUR health!

Your body doesn't know the difference between plant based or chemical derived nitrates.
