Here’s the deal. When it comes to your gallbladder

Most medical practitioners will tell you it’s just a storage site for bile, and that you don’t really need it. That’s nonsense.

Your liver may make bile, but your gallbladder concentrates it up to ten times stronger so your body can actually break down fats and absorb vitamins A, D, E, and K.

Without your gallbladder or proper bile flow, you’re not absorbing what your body needs to stay sharp, balanced, and strong.
