A prostate cancer diagnosis is a big moment—and it’s okay to take your time. At Anova Cancer Care, we strongly encourage second opinions to help you feel confident and informed about your treatment path. Our team, in partnership with Urology Associates, reviews your lab results, biopsy data, and other important information to provide a thoughtful, expert perspective.
CyberKnife radiosurgery is a minimally invasive, targeted therapy that treats only the affected area—with pinpoint precision. This means fewer treatments, less pain, and virtually no downtime for patients. Check out additional CyberKnife FAQs here: https://www.denverurology.com/anova-cancer-care/cyberknife-faq/

Movember is here to raise awareness for men’s health, including prostate cancer. Knowing the risk factors can save lives:
-Age: Risk rises significantly after 50.
-Race: African-American men have a higher risk.
-Family History & Genetics: Having a father or brother with prostate cancer more than doubles your risk.
-Lifestyle: Diets high in fat, low in fruits and vegetables, and obesity may increase risk.
At Anova Cancer Care, our mission is to provide compassionate, coordinated, and timely care for every patient. From the moment you reach out, our team works together to create a personalized treatment plan and ensure you get the support you need quickly.
We’re proud to make a difference in our patients’ journeys, helping them feel cared for every step of the way.

Noticing more whiskers around this month? That’s Movember in action! Men are growing mustaches to raise awareness about the importance of men’s health. This November, we encourage all men to talk with their doctor about PSA testing for prostate cancer — because early detection can make all the difference, and most cases are curable when caught early.

It’s Movember — a month to rock a mustache or wear blue in support of men’s health and prostate cancer awareness! Join us in spreading the word, encouraging early detection, and helping save lives.

Anova Cancer Care has one of the most experienced CyberKnife teams in the United States, and has been recognized as the most experienced clinic in the world for prostate cancer radiosurgery.
Anova Caner Care treats bone, brain, spine, lung, kidney, prostate, pancreatic, liver and other cancer patients using CyberKnife radiosurgery technology, including trigeminal neuralgia, acoustic neuroma, and arteriovenus malformations (AVM).
Many of our Denver cancer patients are treated with the CyberKnife for conditions that have been deemed inoperable or from areas that have previously received the maximum level of radiation. The range, accuracy and precision of the CyberKnife system can help target areas that may not be suitable for treatments with traditional surgery, radiation therapy or older radiosurgery systems, such as the gamma knife.
