Fixing the “sad mouth” appearance — with a full facial balancing approach.

In this case, the result shown is part of a full-face treatment plan. Over time, natural volume changes can affect multiple areas of the face, which may influence the resting expression.

Treatment included:
• Radiesse to the cheeks for structural support
• HA filler under the eyes
• Lip enhancement
• Support to the oral commissures (corners of the mouth)
