The holidays are upon us — which means family, friends, and all the beautiful chaos that comes with it. Whether you need a quiet reset or your loved ones are visiting and could use a peaceful place to stay, Human Aeon is here.

Instead of a hotel, imagine staying in a sanctuary — where mornings start with breathwork, the cold plunge is waiting for you, and calm is built right into the walls. Guests have full use of the facilities, access to our shared spaces, and one breathwork class a day.
We’re nestled near 2nd Street, Naples, and Seal Beach — walk to the Christmas Parade or take a quick to the Naples Boat Parade, then come back, wrap up in warmth, and breathe it all in.

The Human Aeon Method rests on four pillars: breathwork, movement, meditation, and contrast therapy — practices that regulate the nervous system, build adaptability, and restore the body’s natural rhythm of balance and recovery.

Capoeira moves within this same framework. It’s a living dialogue between rhythm, strength, mobility, and community — where movement becomes language and awareness becomes strength. Every transition asks for control under pressure, every breath directs energy, and every rhythm teaches presence.

Developed by enslaved Africans in Brazil, Capoeira was born as a way to preserve freedom through movement. That spirit of play, strength, and resilience lives on in every roda (circle) today.

From a physiological perspective, Capoeira trains the same systems our Method activates:

Breathwork regulates oxygen and carbon dioxide balance, maintaining calm under intensity.
Movement refines coordination, balance, and neuromuscular control.
Meditative flow emerges through rhythmic repetition, where awareness replaces reaction.
Nervous system reset occurs as the body cycles between activation and recovery — learning to stay fluid under stress and return to equilibrium faster.

Capoeira is training for life: the art of staying composed in motion and adaptable under pressure. It’s not just physical expression; it’s neurophysiological resilience in practice — proof that freedom isn’t only philosophical, it’s biological.

About Human Aeon
Human Aeon is a modern wellness Sanctuary located in the heart of Belmont Shore, Long Beach. Our facility includes a meditation room, traditional sauna, infrared sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, movement studio, and a tea lounge.

What We Offer
A way to train your nervous system. Regular practice improves sleep, energy, focus, stress resilience, and immune function. We offer 90-minute sessions with full access to the Sanctuary. Sessions start with optional 15-minute guided breathwork that steadies your breathing, heart rate, and nervous system before the contrast therapy.

Our Method
The Human Aeon Method combines breathwork, meditation, functional movement, and contrast therapy. These four pillars train the nervous system to increase stress tolerance, sharpen internal awareness, and build deliberate control over physiological and mental states.
