❄️Happy Winter Solstice ❄️
As we arrive at the winter solstice, we embrace a moment where nature invites us to pause and reflect. This day, the longest night of the year, reminds us of the duality of darkness and light within our lives...yin and yang. Scientifically, it signifies the Earth's tilt and our beautiful journey around the sun, yet spiritually, it symbolizes the rebirth of hope and renewal. Let us honor this precious time by nurturing ourselves and embracing the stillness, for within the dark, the seeds of future growth are nurtured. As we light candles and share warmth, may we also light the fire within, igniting our intentions for the year to come.

May you find peace, rest, and renewal this winter season as you dream of seeds you will plant within. 🫶Much Love, Your Inspired Team, Michelle Svendsen, Nichole Scott, and Jenelle

❄️ Rest Into the Winter Solstice — This Saturday

As we arrive at the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, you’re invited to slow down and honor the quiet turning inward of the season.

This Saturday’s 9:30am yin class is a gentle space to rest deeply, soften the body, and settle the nervous system — preparing you to receive the stillness, reflection, and renewal that the solstice offers.

After yin, stay and continue the journey with a Winter Solstice Double Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony led by Michelle and Jenelle, a heart-opening experience to close the year with intention, warmth, and connection at 11:00am.
Come for one or stay for both — all are welcome. $5.00 off yin class if you stay for both.

Find Your Calm: How Hypnotherapy Helps You Handle Holiday Stress.

The holidays can be a beautiful time of connection and celebration — yet for many, they also bring overwhelm, tension, and emotional exhaustion. Between family dynamics, financial pressure, endless to-do lists, and the push to “keep it all together,” your nervous system can easily slip into survival mode.

Hypnotherapy offers a gentle yet powerful way to reset. Through guided relaxation and subconscious re-patterning, you can release anxious thought loops, quiet the inner critic, and reconnect with a deeper sense of peace and presence.

In a hypnotherapy session, you’re guided into a calm, focused state where the mind becomes more open to positive suggestions. You can learn to:
Ease racing thoughts and regulate your breathing
Create healthy emotional boundaries
Reframe stress triggers and release guilt or pressure
Reconnect with joy, gratitude, and rest

Imagine moving through the season grounded and clear, able to enjoy what truly matters — connection, laughter, and moments of stillness.

Now booking holiday stress-relief sessions — give yourself the gift of calm this season.

Inspired Mind Matters – Hypnotherapy for calm, clarity, and balance.
