Join Michelle and Nichole for a Hypnotherapy Sound Bath themed around Giving & Receiving. This gentle journey is perfect for anyone who pours endlessly into others or struggles to fully receive support and rest. Settle in with your cozy blankets and pillows or use ours and let guided hypnotherapy and soothing vibrations help you rebalance before the holidays. $20 drop-in.

Saturday y, December 20th at 11am
Celebrate the Winter Solstice with Michelle and Jenelle during a Double Sound Bath + Cacao Ceremony. With two full sets of crystal bowls and all the chimes, this is a full sound immersion honoring the shift into the yin season of rest and reflection. We’ll open with cacao, share a meditation on transitioning into winter, and let the sound carry us into deeper stillness. $25 drop-in.

Come to Yin Yoga at 9:30am either morning and stay for the sound bath to receive $5 off your Yin class.

Autumn reminds us that learning and growth are never-ending. Life is constantly teaching us — sometimes in whispers, sometimes in waves. A passing thought, a challenge, or an unexpected conversation can all carry wisdom if we’re open enough to notice.

This season is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and put pen to paper. Journaling helps us slow down and recognize the lessons unfolding right in front of us — the subtle ones and the big, heart-shifting ones alike.

As you move through your week, give yourself space to learn through reflection. You don’t need to have all the answers; simply stay curious and allow each experience to shape your understanding.
