In the Chinese solar calendar we have already entered the season of winter - the element of Water.  As we step into the deep Yin of the Water element, finding spaces of stillness becomes medicine.

The body’s needs change energetically and physically in flow with the cycles of the seasons. Our energy is now drawing into hibernation and restoration. With the high energy of the holiday season fast approaching, creating pockets of stillness and solitude is essential. We invite you to find time to withdraw from the world and find presence within.

One of the best ways to so this is bodywork - acupuncture, massage, facials - safe touch. The external world is mediated to our nervous systems through the physical experience. When we care for the body, we care for the home of the mind and spirit.
