Medication is a bridge, not a destination.
I prescribe medications every single day, but here is the hard truth: Your blood pressure pill might work, but it won’t fix the 40lbs or the processed food. Your cholesterol meds lower the number, but they don’t change the habits running in the background.
Western medicine has failed us by making us believe the pill is the cure. The cure is in your kitchen, your movement, and your stress levels.
