Meditation is medicine for the mind🙌🏽
If meditation is not a part of your daily practice, here are some tips to integrate moments of pause throughout the day that can bring a little more peace and calm to your life🙏🏼
🪷Pause and take 3 deep mindful breaths before starting each meal. It will help you to slow down and be more mindful of how you eat.
🪷When you get into your car, before starting the drive take a few deep breaths to center and ground yourself before getting on the road. Same can be applied before you get out of the car.
🪷Before bed, put your legs up the wall for 5-10 minutes. Great for supporting overall circulation and also a lovely way to transition your way to better sleep.
🪷When you notice yourself rushing, bring your attention to your breath. Give yourself permission to slow down and pause.
