Slow down and take a deep breath… 😌✨

Lately, I’ve noticed many of my clients coming in with high stress and anxiety. One of my go-to recommendations? Breathwork! 🌬️ It’s a simple yet powerful way to bring calm into your daily routine.

My favorite technique is the 4-7-8 method:
🌿 Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
🌿 Hold for 7 seconds
🌿 Exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 seconds

Not for everyone, but it’s my fave! 💛 Looking for something even easier?

Try Pursed-Lip Breathing:
✨ Inhale through your nose
✨ Purse your lips & exhale slowly—like blowing through a straw 🍃
