Although there is no cure for OCD, treatment can help relieve symptoms and people with OCD can have a normal life.

Here are a few career paths that could be a good match: housekeeping, accountant, life coach, police or corrections officer, computer professionals, travel agent, & banking.

True of False – It’s common for people with OCD to only have an obsession and not a compulsion. False! Nearly everyone with OCD has both obsessions and compulsions. Compulsions are not always visible. They can be mental, such as counting or saying silent prayers. Mental compulsions can give the illusion that a person only has obsessions.
