True of False – It’s common for people with OCD to only have an obsession and not a compulsion. False! Nearly everyone with OCD has both obsessions and compulsions. Compulsions are not always visible. They can be mental, such as counting or saying silent prayers. Mental compulsions can give the illusion that a person only has obsessions.
