Alynn Cauldwell, LMFT I Am an EMDR certified therapist. I offer a supportive, interactive, and non-judgmental atmosphere in which to help you deal with issues that are troubling you.

Whether you are struggling with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, job and career concerns, substance abuse, or the problems of life's inevitable stressors, my 11 years of clinical experience provide a depth of understanding to help you facilitate the changes you want to make. As a licensed marriage and family therapist I offer short-term and long-term counseling as well as EMDR therapy. I have worked extensively in outpatient clinics with diverse populations, with individuals and couples with a wide variety of problems that affect their relationships, functioning, and growth. I like to see each person as an individual with their own unique set of strengths and circumstances. I am also a certified yoga teacher, RYT 200, and offer a place to learn tools for wellness utilizing yoga therapy sessions to teach asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided relaxation and meditation to aid clients in healing body, mind, and spirit.
