Before you take your first steps:
👉 Slowly rotate your ankles clockwise 10 times
👉 Then counter-clockwise 10 times

This wakes up the joints, improves circulation, and can reduce that sharp “first step” pain.

Quick Tip:

Try this simple daily balance exercise:

Stand near a chair or counter for support and balance on one foot for 20–30 seconds. Switch sides. Repeat twice.

Even if you have to hold onto something at first or can’t make it the full 30 seconds, just the effort of performing the exercise to the best of your ability can help improve your balance over time.

Did you know your foot size can change over time? Age, weight changes, and even activity level can affect the length and width of your feet!

Today’s tip:

✔️ Measure both feet (one is often bigger!)
✔️ Try shoes on later in the day when feet are slightly swollen
✔️ Make sure there’s a thumb’s width of space at the toe

Quick fixes to keep things fresh:

✔️ Let shoes air out overnight
