May is here, and it's Healthy Vision Month! 👀✨
Our eyes do so much for us every day, so it’s time to show them some love. Here are 3 simple ways to prioritize your eye health this month:
1️⃣ Schedule a comprehensive eye exam: Many eye diseases have no early symptoms. Early detection is everything!
2️⃣ Give them a break: Spending time on screens? Follow the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds).
3️⃣ Rock those shades: Protect your eyes from harmful UV rays, even on cloudy days!
