Casa ContentAnanda Casa ContentAnanda is a healthy, Joy-filled, & Inspiring space for people in the community to gather Let's do it!

Casa ContentAnanda ("Casa" for short!) is Christa and Haley's dream manifestation of hosting a hub & resource for the Long Beach and Global Communities for personal growth & collective elevation! We host workshops, events, & a drop-in schedule for the community to engage in activities related to living happier, more enlightened lives! Yoga, meditation, hula hooping, creativity, art, energy healing and cultivation classes, dance, healthy (raw & ayurvedic) foods, satsangs & kirtan, ABUNDANCE and more are what can be looked forward to here! In addition to scheduled events, workshops, and drop-in schedules...

We also host a few different projects:

-Water Sanctuary (good, clean, high vibration enhancing water for all!)
-The Enlightenment Library & tea times for reading (inside or on our Sun soaking patio!)
-The Revolving Closet Door (leave a few- take a few, as needed!)
- Meditation & Yoga schedules (Zumba, yoga entrance dance, acro yoga, & qi gong too!)
- Reiki healing sessions ( & circles!)

and...

-The Greens in Your Glass Project (Raw food green -or not- smoothies in recycled jars! bring on over your clean recycled jars!)



Casa ContentAnanda is a co-creative space that welcomes your energy, knowledge, company, & curiosity into our space for the enhancement & elevation of our community! If there is something you would love to see manifested in alignment with this intent, let us know! We joyfully invite people that would like to "host" any of the above for others in our space or elsewhere!
