Since we’re taking a little break to visit our favorite place, we thought it would be a good time to reintroduce ourselves.

Hi 👋🏽 we’re Allison and Vasili, the team behind Three Pigs.

People often ask, “Why Three Pigs?”

At first, we just liked the name. But over time, we realized it represents who we are. Like the story, we believe in building something solid through hard work, passion, and really good food.

We specialize in Japanese kaiseki inspired dishes and yakitori, and we take pride in bringing people together through flavors that create connection, curiosity, and conversation.
