Ja Yoga is a blissful sanctuary for the surrounding Long Beach communities. The center is designed to transform the body and mind in a free flow fun organic way. Flexibility, strength, and experience are not required, just openness to feel comfortable in moving with a community. One will find a beautiful bamboo studio spacious enough for you and many more to relax in. You can enjoy 27 amazing group classes a week, with 3 styles of sensation for everyone. Ja Yoga welcomes you to come and feel joy and happiness that yoga brings.
