Try taking a walk and concentrating on keeping your jaw and throat relaxed and expanded, and see how it feels.

High Protein Low Calorie Breakfast πŸ₯£πŸ«πŸ“

One of the most simple yet effective meals I enjoy on a regular basis is Greek yogurt with berries and local honey. It requires no cooking and very little prep while providing great .

Simply put the desired amount of yogurt in a bowl, add fruit (preferably berries as they are high fiber and low GI), optionally add some honey (if your goal is weight loss use less honey), and then mix it all together.

Voila, high protein, low calorie breakfast (or anytime meal!)

Remember that a large percent of your and results will depend on your nutrition, so let's make smart decisions on what we eat today!

(Bonus fresh squeezed lemon water on the side! πŸ‹)

In our society it is normal to be SICK and UNHEALTHY.

If you want to be well and HEALTHY you're going to have to act outside of norms.

Don't be afraid to do things differently from the people around you.

It may feel AWKWARD sometimes to be picky with what you're eating or to spend your time at the gym instead of our partying...

BUT the simple FACT remains: you cannot achieve a healthier Life while doing unhealthy things. You will HAVE TO be willing to go against the grain and carve your own path to the Life you deserve.

Started this morning with an which was actually quite wonderful. πŸ₯ΆπŸ›€

When I first got in it was, to be fair, excruciatingly uncomfortable. It felt like my skin was burning and I wouldn't be able to last even the 2 minute minimum I was shooting for today.

But then the most amazing thing happened: somewhere around one and a half minutes in I relaxed and yielded to the experience.

Immediately I began to feel comfortable, warm even. I felt good, really good! I trusted my animal body to do what it does best and not only survive the elements but thrive in them.

I easily made 5 minutes and a few minutes hanging out in the cool air, wet with ice water just enjoying feeling warm in the cold.

This is not to brag, as I fully believe anyone can experience this with proper preparation. This is an invitation to take steps to get to this point yourself for your good health, physical and mental and spiritual.

You are capable of amazing things, but first you must learn to TRUST your body and step into the cold with FAITH in your ability to survive and THRIVE! πŸ’ͺβ˜ƒοΈπŸ‘

All done before 8am and now off to work.

It's not an accident, luck, or random chance.

As I approach 40 years old I recall how many time over the years I've been told, "Just wait til you're (25, 30, 35, 40...) and you'll see. Everything starts falling apart."

DON'T BUY INTO THE BU****IT!

Yes, certainly we all age and fall apart eventually, but the time we have until we do, and more importantly the QUALITY OF THAT TIME is greatly influenced by our habits.

You CAN FEEL GOOD, and you owe it to yourself to do the basic work to keep yourself healthy, happy, and well.
