Our powerful yoga and pilates classes meet people where they are, empower them to do what they can, and support them in receiving what they need. All of our classes are designed to be accessible for every age and ability and they are all low impact, which makes the moves easy on the body, yet effective. We use heat to amplify the workout and therapeutic benefits. We're compassionate yogis who help people find real transformation. We can't wait to see you in the yoga room!

At 51, I took a DEXA scan to check my bone density…
and the results shocked me:

👉 My bones are stronger than most 20–30 year olds.
(T-score: +1.5)

And no — I don’t lift heavy weights.
I practice Bikram Yoga + Inferno Hot Pilates consistently and intentionally.
