Today I took time for a hike — to breathe deeper, move my body, and reconnect with nature. The fresh air, quiet trails, and rhythm of walking reminded me how powerful simple movement can be for our health.

Spring Forward doesn’t have to wreck your sleep.

When daylight saving time starts, many people feel tired and off for several days. That’s because your circadian rhythm — your body’s internal clock — suddenly shifts.

Here are a few simple ways to help your body adjust:

• Move bedtime and wake time earlier by 15–20 minutes for a few days
• Shift meals, workouts, and caffeine earlier
• Get morning sunlight right after waking
• Dim lights and reduce screens before bed
• Keep a consistent nighttime routine
• Aim for at least 7 hours of sleep

Your body adapts best when routines stay consistent.

Give yourself a little extra grace this week.

Did you know that muscle pain often shows up somewhere different than where the problem actually starts?

For example:Tight hips can contribute to low back pain.Restricted rib muscles can affect breathing and shoulder movement.Neck tension can trigger headaches.

What broke my heart — and built this business.
I didn’t start as a “massage therapist.”
I started as a woman in pain.
Shoulder dislocations.
Eczema.
Undiagnosed ADHD.
Spinal infection.
Spinal surgery.
Learning to walk again.
And doctors who didn’t have answers.
I learned something powerful:
Our health is ours.
Doctors work for us.
We are not powerless.
For 40 years I’ve studied how to erase pain.
How to retrain posture.
How to regulate stress.
How to shift mindset.
Women lay on my table and say:
“Where have you been all my life?”
“I’ve never had bodywork like this.”
“That makes so much sense.”
And what I see?
Women who lead everyone else…
But put themselves last.
That’s ending.
