I took this workshop last month and I didn’t know what to expect 

Now that I know, I can’t wait
1. It begins with a resistance stretch and moves into a
2. yoga Nidra which is a guided rest to bring you into your body and clear your mind.
3.  put your headphones on and your eye pillow and he guides gently through Holotropic Breathwork, which is powerful breathing and at the same time he guides you with his words right into your ears so there’s no distraction with music and a theme.
