None of it is necessary to achieve a healthy body weight that gives you confidence. They are all just things that worked for someone else who isn't you.

If you're struggling to lose weight, the problem is always eating more calories than you burn.

However, the solution is different for everyone - tracking calories, swapping foods, pre-planning, identify calorie needs, etc. One size doesn't fit all. There is no magic formula.
