Very thankful for all students past & present everyday & especially today on International Yoga Day! It's because of all you wonderful students that I've been teaching Yoga at The Energy Club for 24 years!!! So grateful for my yoga practice of 35 years, for all my yoga teachers & students; for teaching me so much that has positively impacted my life! In fact, if it was not for yoga I probably would not be here today! I never take for granted how yoga helps my body to continue to move freely to enjoy an active lifestyle, how it helps me relax to sleep well and boosts my mental strength to thrive regardless of what life brings! This yarn bowl finds it's forever home today! Was supposed to be an "ugly" face, yet after watching it grow from ball of clay to this bowl, we've kinda bonded and just can't bring myself to call it ugly! 🤣🤣
