This patient was bothered by the feeling that her breasts had become deflated.  She wanted to retore volume and have overall perkier breasts.  In one surgery Dr. Waltzman was able to perform a breast lift and augmentation to effectively reposition the breast and enhance the overall shape.  She had Motiva Demi profile implants placed in a subfascial plane, along with an internal bra of GalaflexLITE mesh for better support of the implant and the breast tissues.
