๐๐คฐThis case series includes four multiparous pregnant women with a history of Caesarean delivery who presented for chiropractic care during the second and/or third trimester of pregnancy. Common clinical features included low back pain, pelvic girdle or round ligament pain, sciatica, and abnormal fetal presentation identified by ultrasound. All women expressed a desire to avoid repeat Caesarean delivery and to pursue VBAC.
Care was delivered over multiple visits throughout pregnancy. No adverse events were reported. Across all cases, presenting musculoskeletal complaints improved or resolved, abnormal fetal presentations corrected to vertex when present, and ๐ฎ๐น๐น ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ถ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ต ๐ณ๐ผ๐น๐น๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ฎ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐, including one home birth after Caesarean (HBAC).
