To the mom watching her adult child struggle: I see you.

There is a part of motherhood no one really prepares you for: the part where your heart still lives outside your body, even after they are adults.

When our kids hit turbulence as adults, we feel it in our bones. Our first instinct is still to shield them, even when we know we have to let them navigate their own path. It is a profound labor to hold your own heart steady while they find their way.

In this season of life, our roles shift from fixer to sacred witness. It doesn't make the hurting any less real, but it does allow us to empower them while protecting our own peace.

You are their mom forever. And your heart matters just as much as theirs.

I started thinking about the women I talk to every day who are navigating huge life transitions. They all ask the same thing: "Am I doing this right?"

We look for external things to help us. But usually, the best coach you have is the version of you who is 5 years down the road.

Try this "Coffee Date” visualization:
Spend 5 minutes with your Future Self. She’s already navigated the transition you’re in. She’s settled. She’s wise.

Ask her: "What is the one thing I can stop worrying about today?"

After you have that conversation, let me know what that one thing is you’re ready to stop worrying about. Let’s declare it in the comments. 👇

Are you managing your calendar, or is your calendar managing you? 🛑

I see so many women navigating big transitions like career shifts, kids leaving the nest, or simply rediscovering who they are and the first thing they try to do is "fix" their schedule.

But here’s the secret: You don’t have a time problem. You have an energy leakage problem.

If you’re feeling heavy and depleted, it’s time for an Energy Audit. This isn't about productivity; it's about co-creating a life that actually feels like yours again.

The 5-Minute Energy Audit:

Divide your page: Label one side "GIVERS" and the other "DRAINERS."

Review your week: Not just the "to-do" list, but the people, the environments, and the "shoulds" you carried.

Givers: That morning coffee in silence, a walk by the water, a high-vibe conversation.

Drainers: That one negative email, the clutter on the stairs, or saying "yes" when you meant "no."

The Power Shift: Pick ONE drainer to delegate or delete this week. Then, pick ONE giver to move to the top of your list.

Transitions require fuel. Stop letting your energy leak out of holes you didn't even know were there. ✨

Tell me in the comments: What is ONE "Giver" that always makes you feel like yourself again? 👇

As a life coach, I have conversations with women all the time who feel like they’re supposed to have everything figured out by now…but instead, they feel a pull for something more.

More growth.
More peace.
More alignment.

What I’ve learned both personally and through coaching is that your 50s aren’t an ending… they’re an opening.

An opportunity to rediscover yourself, try new things, and create a life that actually feels good to you.

I’m leaning into that in my own way right now.

If you’ve been feeling that pull too, I’d love to know what’s one thing you’ve been wanting to explore or change?

Is your schedule a shield? 🛡️

Sometimes we fill our days with "to-dos" for others so we don't have to face the quiet questions of our own hearts. It’s easier to be "the capable one" than it is to be the one starting something new.

If you’re feeling the burnout of being everyone’s "Sponge," this is your sign to stop. Your next chapter requires your energy, don't give it all away before you even get started.

What’s one thing you’re saying "no" to this week so you can say "yes" to yourself? Tell me in the comments! ⬇️

Your brain has an algorithm… just like social media.

And whether you realize it or not—you’re training it every single day.

If you keep focusing on what’s going wrong…your mind will keep showing you more of that.

But you can change it.

Small shifts in what you focus on can completely change how you feel.

👉 Tell me—do you notice your thoughts spiraling sometimes?

Yay…yay…it’s a sunglass kind of day 😎And yes—the sun is shining, the sky is clear, and everything looks good on the outs...

Yay…yay…it’s a sunglass kind of day 😎

And yes—the sun is shining, the sky is clear, and everything looks good on the outside.

But you and I both know…just because the sun is out doesn’t always mean we feel that way on the inside.

Some seasons feel heavy. Some days feel off for no clear reason. And it’s easy to forget that the light is still there for you too.

So today, let this be your reminder.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need to fix your whole life in one day.
You don’t even need to understand everything you’re feeling.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do…
is let yourself enjoy a moment when it’s here.

Feel the sun.
Take the breath.
Let it be enough.

✨ Your life coach reminder:
The sun is always shining—you just have to let yourself feel it.

If this spoke to you, I’d love to hear, what’s one small moment you’re letting yourself enjoy today? ☀️
