Fall is definitely here! I would like to thank all of the wonderful people who came to me at Mountain Massage & Arts Center for massage therapy this summer! My last day to offer massage this year is OCTOBER 11th. ( I must return to my winter job) If you were waiting until the last minute....now is the time! Or maybe you overdid on Labor Day weekend....getting in the last canoe ride, hike, or bike ride for your summer! Maybe you are sore from summer painting projects! Massage can help get out the kinks in those sore muscles. It can improve your sleep. Massage can lift your spirits! Hello All. This is Christa from Mountain Massage. I will be out of town from Thursday, July 31st through Tuesday, August 5th due to a previous commitment. If you are in need of massage, please call or text to schedule this weekend or early next week. I have space available Saturday through Sunday at 2pm.
