The mission of each of our facilities is to provide high quality, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity.

Meadow Place is a Long-Term Assisted Living Home. We offer Personal and Home Care Services to best assist individuals. At our facility you will find all of the charms and comforts of home, without all of the worries and responsibilities. Here you will find caring staff, quality services and amenities for you or your family member to enjoy an active and carefree lifestyle. You will enjoy the quiet privacy of your own home and the ability to socialize with friends and neighbors in the common areas. You'll maintain your own interests and activities and will be able to participate in a wide array of programs and outings.

We had our second round of 2nd Graders from Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Schools come and read to our residents! Residents enjoy this so much! Thank you for coming and we can't wait to see you all again. 📚📖

We are proud to have 5 Veterans with us here at Meadow Place. Thank you to all the Veterans and those who we lost overseas for your service. And a big Thank you to Nathan Bitz, a student at LPGE Secondary, for coming and playing "Taps" for our Veterans Day Service.
