Today, families gather together. For some, it will be a source of joy. For others, a return to the trauma of childhood uncomfortable family dynamics.
It is all good and part of our spiritual evolution. Some will feel empowered, and some will feel anxious and small. Either is part of the process of individuation. Self-love is powerful. We grow in the discomfort of shadow work. Everyone has trauma to heal. Please know that you are not alone, and please know that it's okay to say no for self-preservation. Love heals, love is power, and love is kind. Be kind to others, but don't forget to be kind to yourself. Today, I give thanks for all my experiences in my life, pleasant and unpleasant. How about you? I am sending all of you a gigantic hug filled with love and peace. BE BLESSED AND BE YOU! 💛🙌🌞🫂✨️

Hello friends,
As I was preparing to make a meal, feeling gratitude for being able to cook, for having food to cook, I was chopping a shallot and noticed the heart shapes. The world, all of us, need to be reminded, all the time that we are love, we are loved, and there is nothing more powerful than love. We heal with love, we heal with kindness, and we were taught the opposite. Love continues and will always be the key to a happy life. May you be blessed with love always and forever. Remember, love prevails.

Good morning, friends.🌞
It is good to be back home. And to experience the sunrise on a cold autumn morning. Even though this trip was transformative and magical and spending time with loved ones, it always leaves my heart with mixed feelings of love and nostalgia. In the end , there is a sense of belonging to both my home in the US and my home in Portugal. Both countries have my heart, but so do Switzerland and Egypt. Don't you wonder sometimes where we belong? My feeling is that we are citizens of the earth, citizens of the stars 🌟 we belong everywhere we resonate with, either through our connections with family, with friends, with past lives or simply by resonance with the land. The deeper we connect with our essence, the more we feel one with all that resonates with our soul.
I have learned so much from this journey about love, acceptance, and people's behaviors related to wounds. I have been challenged by spirit to love deeper and to release the grasp from ideal outcomes. I have had profound connections with Spirit, magical signs from the Divine, and profound transformative experiences with shadow work. May you always be blessed with love, joy, wisdom, peace, and prosperity 🌞🙌💛🌈🌟

So today my dad and I went to the sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima. Our beloved Mother Mary is always so present. I intended to light candles for everyone. As soon as I got there the first sign I received ( don't have a picture) were 3 white doves. I was so in awe that I forgot to take a picture. Nobody around seemed to notice the doves! After I lite the candles for everyone, as I am heading out, I look at the sky and there was a rainbow!! Again no one seemed to notice. It felt so special. Peaceful, kind and beautiful. I just wanted to share that there are signs everywhere and i believe that we are all protected for we are connected with the Divine 🌈💛🙌✨️🌞
