Dear friends,
I have been quietly observing and reflecting on what is happening in the world and how I can contribute to a better world. We are all doing the best we can, and we are all contributing how we can and how to be most effective with contributing to world peace. I am in no way dismissing the acknowledgment of darkness we are experiencing. Just letting everyone know not to dismiss the importance of being peaceful inside and the power of Love and the importance of maintaining a higher vibration without spiritually ignoring and bypassing the turmoil of our world.

Dear friends,
Are you being called to step up self care? A craving for spaghetti and meat sauce does not have to be dismissed if you are willing to look at better options. Organic ingredients: black bean spaghetti, bison meat, primal kitchen sauce (the cleanest I have found) cut up dandelion greens, cooked in onion, ghee, garlic, turmeric, salt pepper and chopped ginger (to reduce inflamation). During the cold season, we need carbs and protein. Here it is. I hope you enjoy this made-up recipe that felt very satisfying. Savor your food, be present and one with your meal.
