Each journey is so unique - and having the support of an IBCLC in your corner to provide professional and compassionate guidance is essential to meeting your lactation and feeding goals! I am so proud to be an IBCLC and can honestly say that I love my work thanks to the amazing clientele and professional colleagues who have inspired me along the way, as well as my own loving family who have only ever supported me and believed that this is what I was meant to do! Cradling Families

Hello! My name is Nancy Tsen. I am a Certified Maternal Newborn Registered Nurse (RNC-MNN) and an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) based in Long Valley, New Jersey. I have always had a love of helping mothers, babies, and families, most especially when it comes to breastfeeding.

One of the most challenging adjustments to parenthood is breastfeeding a nursling (or multiple nurslings). Breastfeeding should be natural, but let’s face it; it can be hard! With so many nursing difficulties, it is important to have continual lactation support to make this special act of love a positive experience!

Cradle Me Lactation is about caring for and supporting moms, babies, and families to define their breastfeeding goals and explore how best to achieve them in the realities of their home environment. I help breastfeeding families with issues like latching difficulties, sore ni***es, ni**le trauma, milk supply, lip- and tongue-ties, and many more!

Just as your little ones love being cradled while nursing or being comforted, I believe parents and families need to feel cradled with love and support as well. Together, we can work towards making this precious time with your baby a little more enjoyable!
